General Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and redemption of Wind Creek Event Center Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”). By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Card, the holder agrees to these Terms.
1. Issuer
Gift Cards are issued by Wind Creek Event Center and are redeemable only at Wind Creek Event Center Bethlehem and services described below.
2. No Expiration Date
Gift Cards do not expire and no inactivity, dormancy, maintenance, or service fees will be charged.
3. Permitted Uses
Gift Cards may only be redeemed for eligible purchases at the following authorized locations and services associated with the Wind Creek Event Center Bethlehem:
• In-person at the Wind Creek Event Center Box Office
• Ticket purchased by calling the Box Office at 610-297-7414
• Purchases at Wind Creek Event Center concession stands during events.
• Purchases at official Wind Creek Event Center merchandise stands.
GIFT CARDS ARE NOT USABLE ONLINE OR AT TICKETMASTER.COM
Gift Cards may only be used at concessions or merchandise locations by guests who possess valid tickets for the applicable event.
4. Restrictions
Gift Cards:
• Are not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law
• Are not refundable
• May not be redeemed at any other Wind Creek property, casino outlet, hotel outlet, restaurant, or third-party merchant
• May not be used for online purchases
• May not be resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Wind Creek Event Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, altered, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be replaced.
6. Balance Information
Customers may check Gift Card balances online at WindCreekEventCenter.com/giftcard. Remaining balance checks are available through the Wind Creek Event Center Box Office. No cash will be given for any unused balance except as required by law.
7. Fraud Protection
Wind Creek Event Center reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and/or transactions where fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wind Creek Event Center shall not be liable in any manner for any damages, whether direct or indirect or consequential, arising from or in any way related to the use, misuse or reasonable inability to use a gift card.
9. Modification of Terms
Wind Creek Event Center reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, consistent with applicable law. Updated Terms may be posted at the Box Office or through official Wind Creek Event Center communication channels.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
